Pickled!
All was not lost with the under developed onions as I tried my hand at pickling them. Made up the quanity required in the recipe by chucking in a few small shallots.
They look rather pretty don't they? But the proof is in the eating...

They look nice. I'm about to start chutney making seeing as how my courgettes have started galloping away.

Thanks! I'm away for 10 days and hoping that my OH is keeping an eye on our 5 courgette plants, else it'll be an early batch of chutney too!!
