As we're now starting to eat small quantities of the lettuce mixes I sowed a few weeks ago thought it was about time to sow some more. So MJC broadcast sowed some in the pea bed and we'll just have to remeber to keep doing this at frequent intervals.
I used up the free space at the end of one of the onion beds to put in some fennel, perpetual spinach and rainbow chard.

I can never get the hang of successive salad sowing. I'm either knee deep in lettuce or without any at all.
Got to do better this year.
I am so bad at successional sowings! I keep wanting to plant more, and don't have the patience to wait a whole week before planting more!
I've never attempted sucessional sowing before so maybe writing it down will remind me to carry on. It would be nice to have a continuous supply of salad.
