Gourmet Lunch

The lovely thing about being able to go home for lunch is that some days you can treat yourself to something like this.



Steamed new season purple sprouting broccoli with a poached egg on homemade toast....it was really yummy! This is definitely our asparagus stand-in until we start producing our own...

that was a lot of work you guys have been up to.... now you just need some hens to get the eggs.
Looking at that is making me hungry.......

Ahh yes! that looks perfect. I am still harvesting my early PSB, so wonderful to have food that is choc full of vitamins.. and taste!

How do you make such a nice poached egg? Yummy in my tummy!!!
